# Design & Technology yPredict Tokens needed a blockchain technology solution that supports the growth and use case of its tokens. Among several options for blockchain technology, our developers decided to develop & deploy our tokens on the Polygon chain. It offers several benefits such as ETH compatibility, scalability, security, and developer experience. Other chains in the industry do offer some or all of these features but it's the community that we found very inclusive and attractive value proposition for developers, in our use case specifically.
